Bloodline Circlet is a Diamond Helmet from the Vampire King’s class loot in The Vampire Manor. The reward comes from the dungeon boss, which means the manor’s final encounter stands between you and this particular piece of equipment.
“There are no names beneath the king's own.”
The King does not hand out every piece in his class table after one fight. Each player receives one class-selected item; knowing the difference between that reward and an independently rolled unique drop makes farming a lot less confusing.

The Vampire King’s class rewards become active in his sixth, final phase. The King has an opening Evoker phase followed by five Iron Golem phases, so a successful run requires surviving the full phase sequence rather than beating the first form and leaving.
The King class table lists each eligible item at 100%, but those entries are alternatives in a single class-based selection. That percentage does not mean every named reward appears together, and it does not establish an individual chance for this particular item.
Class Loot
Bloodline Circlet is class loot. It has no fixed stats: its enchantments are rolled every time it drops, so no two copies are exactly alike, and harder difficulties allow higher enchantment levels. When a mob drops class loot, each player who wins the drop roll gets one item from that mob’s class loot pool, weighted toward their class.
Dropped as class loot by:
- Vampire King (boss): 100% chance per player who dealt at least 10% of the mob’s health
Possible Enchantments
The levels below are the most each enchantment can roll. Each drop receives about half of the listed levels at random, so most copies land below these maximums. The chance shows how often an enchantment appears at all.
| Difficulty | Possible Enchantments |
|---|---|
| Normal | Sharpness up to V (always) Protection up to III (always) Unbreaking up to III (60%) Smite up to IV (70%) Bane Of Arthropods up to IV (50%) |
| Hard | Sharpness up to VII (always) Protection up to IV (always) Unbreaking up to IV (70%) Smite up to V (70%) Bane Of Arthropods up to V (50%) |
| Mythic | Sharpness up to X (always) Protection up to V (always) Unbreaking up to IV (70%) Smite up to VII (70%) Bane Of Arthropods up to VI (50%) |
Difficulty and Reward Farming
Normal uses level sync +5, Hard uses level sync +0, and Mythic uses level sync -5. Class loot can roll stronger enchantments on harder difficulties, so Mythic is the difficulty to target when the highest potential enchantments matter more than clearing the encounter as comfortably as possible.
Vampire King resists fire and knockback and takes no damage from player projectiles through his phases. This is not a fight to plan around simply firing arrows from a safe corner; the King’s projectile immunity makes that approach ineffective.
After the opening transformation, his claw-spin attacks deal instant damage and push players back. Later phases add a gaze attack that blinds and pushes players, with Poison II punishing anyone caught in the close-range dome, so watch the attack buildup and avoid staying planted in its path.
Hard and Mythic can also bring Wither attacks, while the final phase adds lightning strikes against players at marked positions. Mythic adds explosive fireball attacks in that last phase, making positioning and movement especially important when you are trying to finish the encounter for a class reward.
What Makes This Item Different
Bloodline Circlet is a Diamond Helmet class reward. It is separate from the Fanged Helm, which has a unique Netherite Helmet version on Hard and Mythic as well as a Diamond Helmet class-loot version.
Because this item comes from class selection, its identity is not tied to a unique-drop chance or a fixed named enchantment list. Compare the actual enchantments on your reward to decide whether to keep farming for a stronger copy.
Is It Worth It?
Choose which helmet you want before judging the run: Bloodline Circlet belongs only to the King class selection, while the unique Fanged Helm has its own listed chance and effects.
For the best available class-loot enchantment potential, Mythic is the farming target. Normal and Hard still offer this same named reward through class selection, which makes them useful if your goal is acquiring the item rather than chasing the strongest possible roll.
Is It Worth It
Its main enchantment is Sharpness, which can reach V on Normal, VII on Hard and X on Mythic when it drops from a boss. If you want this piece at its strongest, Mythic is the run to farm. Since every copy is rolled, two drops from the same difficulty can still differ, so check each one against what you are already using.
