Fence-Mender's Plates is diamond leggings class loot from The Goblin Kingdom in EliteMobs. Grand Beekeeper Goblin and Grand Farmer Goblin both award items from Gk Loot F Class Loot, which includes this piece.
The reward is chosen by the player’s class rather than being an extra drop from a separate loot roll. Its entry gives one item, is not soulbound, and is available on all three dungeon difficulties.
Every patch came from a different stretch of disputed fence.
The neighbours recognize their property when he sits down.

Class Loot
Fence-Mender’s Plates is class loot. It has no fixed stats: its enchantments are rolled every time it drops, so no two copies are exactly alike, and harder difficulties allow higher enchantment levels. When a mob drops class loot, each player who wins the drop roll gets one item from that mob’s class loot pool, weighted toward their class.
Is It Worth It?
Fence-Mender's Plates offers a diamond leggings class-loot option without a listed enchantment or special effect. Choose it for that equipment slot and its Goblin Kingdom theme rather than expecting an item-specific power; the only documented reward difference is which piece your class selects.
Is It Worth It
Because class loot is rolled on every drop, Fence-Mender’s Plates is only as good as the enchantments your copy gets. Harder difficulties allow higher enchantment levels, so compare each drop with what you already have.
