It belongs to the Gk Loot W Class Loot reward selection, and its eligible enemies are Grand Corrupted Citizen, Grand Herbalist Goblin, Grand Hunter Goblin, Grand Lumberjack Goblin, Grand Tinker Goblin.
The name has a very goblin sense of logic: a piece of gear with a story that sounds like workplace trouble. Its complete lore reads:

"Map wrong. Me feet right." – Forest Goblin

Class Loot
Shortcut Takers is class loot. It has no fixed stats: its enchantments are rolled every time it drops, so no two copies are exactly alike, and harder difficulties allow higher enchantment levels. When a mob drops class loot, each player who wins the drop roll gets one item from that mob’s class loot pool, weighted toward their class.
Is It Worth It?
Shortcut Takers provides a diamond boots option for a class-selected reward. The practical reason to seek it is the equipment type and class match, not a guaranteed named enchantment or special effect.
The Goblin Kingdom has Easy, Medium, and Hard difficulties. The class selection determines which table item each player gets, so do not mistake a table entry marked 100% for a guaranteed copy of this item from every eligible enemy.
Is It Worth It
Because class loot is rolled on every drop, Shortcut Takers is only as good as the enchantments your copy gets. Harder difficulties allow higher enchantment levels, so compare each drop with what you already have.
