Arzag’s Slicer is a Netherite Axe from [Dynamic] The Dark Spire, dropped by Arzag the Beast. Once used by the might Arzag!
It has the same listed version across Normal, Hard, and Mythic, so the enchantments, effects, and drop chance do not change between those difficulties.

Is It Worth It
Arzag’s Slicer packs several enchantments into one axe and adds three on-hit effects: Slowness I and Wither I on the target, plus Instant Health I on you. Because the listed version is identical across all three difficulties, farming a harder difficulty does not change these listed stats.
