Class Loot

Eviction Notice is class loot. It has no fixed stats: its enchantments are rolled every time it drops, so no two copies are exactly alike, and harder difficulties allow higher enchantment levels. When a mob drops class loot, each player who wins the drop roll gets one item from that mob’s class loot pool, weighted toward their class.

Item Lore

The landlord's letter is nailed to the handle. He considers knocking an unnecessary second warning. "Me already give notice. Handle is notice." – City Goblin

Is It Worth It?

Eviction Notice uses a diamond axe as its base item, with its main distinction here coming from its goblin-themed appearance and story. As a class-selected reward, it is part of the shared Gk Loot T Class Loot pool rather than a unique-drop roll with a separate boss-specific chance.

Is It Worth It

Because class loot is rolled on every drop, Eviction Notice is only as good as the enchantments your copy gets. Harder difficulties allow higher enchantment levels, so compare each drop with what you already have.
