Expedited Service Boots is a diamond boots class-loot reward in The Goblin Kingdom, available through the city-themed Grand Goblins. It belongs to the shared class-selected equipment table, not to an independent percentage-based unique-drop roll.
The item carries its own goblin story: Their owner charges extra to arrive before the appointment. He charges again for waiting outside. "Fast costs extra. Early costs extra too." – City Goblin

Class Loot
Expedited Service Boots is class loot. It has no fixed stats: its enchantments are rolled every time it drops, so no two copies are exactly alike, and harder difficulties allow higher enchantment levels. When a mob drops class loot, each player who wins the drop roll gets one item from that mob’s class loot pool, weighted toward their class.
Is It Worth It?
Expedited Service Boots is one of the class-based diamond boots options from the city Grand Goblins. It is a way to obtain the relevant equipment slot, but there is no fixed enchantment or effect on this specific class-loot entry to justify promising a particular combat bonus.
The choice is class-dependent, so hunting one Grand Goblin rather than another in this shared table does not establish a better individual-item rate. The dungeon supports Easy, Medium, and Hard modes.
Is It Worth It
Because class loot is rolled on every drop, Expedited Service Boots is only as good as the enchantments your copy gets. Harder difficulties allow higher enchantment levels, so compare each drop with what you already have.
