Midnight Sovereign is a Diamond Boots class-loot item from The Vampire Manor. Vampire King awards it through the King class-loot selection after the final encounter.
“These heels have crossed the ballroom a thousand times.”
Midnight Sovereign is part of the Vampire King’s royal armor selection. The boots are a class reward, so choosing the toughest difficulty is about the quality of the enchantments rather than chasing a separate named drop.

Where to Get It
The table below shows every eligible source and difficulty for this class reward. “Class-selected reward” means the item competes within a class-loot pool; it is not a separate guaranteed item from each kill.
| Dropped By | Chance | Difficulty | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vampire King | Class-selected reward | Normal | King class-loot selection; one item chosen for the player’s class. |
| Vampire King | Class-selected reward | Hard | King class-loot selection; one item chosen for the player’s class. |

Class Loot
Midnight Sovereign is class loot. It has no fixed stats: its enchantments are rolled every time it drops, so no two copies are exactly alike, and harder difficulties allow higher enchantment levels. When a mob drops class loot, each player who wins the drop roll gets one item from that mob’s class loot pool, weighted toward their class.
Dropped as class loot by:
- Vampire King (boss): 100% chance per player who dealt at least 10% of the mob’s health
Possible Enchantments
The levels below are the most each enchantment can roll. Each drop receives about half of the listed levels at random, so most copies land below these maximums. The chance shows how often an enchantment appears at all.
| Difficulty | Possible Enchantments |
|---|---|
| Normal | Sharpness up to V (always) Protection up to III (85%) Unbreaking up to III (60%) Smite up to IV (50%) Bane Of Arthropods up to IV (40%) Feather Falling up to IV (30%) |
| Hard | Sharpness up to VII (always) Protection up to IV (85%) Unbreaking up to IV (65%) Smite up to VI (50%) Bane Of Arthropods up to V (40%) Feather Falling up to V (30%) |
| Mythic | Sharpness up to X (always) Protection up to V (85%) Unbreaking up to V (65%) Smite up to VIII (50%) Bane Of Arthropods up to VI (40%) Feather Falling up to VI (30%) |
Difficulty and Reward Quality
The Vampire Manor uses three settings: Normal syncs to the dungeon level plus 5, Hard syncs to the dungeon level plus 0, and Mythic syncs to the dungeon level minus 5. Enchantment quality still improves on harder dungeon difficulties, making Mythic the target when you want to farm the strongest class-loot copy.
That reward difference is separate from the enemy’s combat powers. Some attacks also change by difficulty, so a better enchantment roll comes with a fight that can demand more careful positioning and preparation.
Farming and Combat Tips
The King’s invulnerability to player projectiles makes a bow-only plan a dead end. His later phases add a claw spin, a gaze that blinds and pushes players, and more pressure from lightning, freezing attacks, and summoned enemies.
For a player building a set of royal Diamond armor, these boots fill the footwear slot. Bloodline Circlet, Crimson Audience, and Royal Stalker cover the other armor slots from the same King reward pool.
Is It Worth It?
Treat the King as a full encounter, not a quick loot piñata. The class selection happens at the end, so getting through the later phases matters far more than trying to force a particular item from the table.
Is It Worth It
Its main enchantment is Sharpness, which can reach V on Normal, VII on Hard and X on Mythic when it drops from a boss. If you want this piece at its strongest, Mythic is the run to farm. Since every copy is rolled, two drops from the same difficulty can still differ, so check each one against what you are already using.
