Is It Worth It
The report gives Sea Ration no enchantments or custom effects, so there is no difficulty-based stat package to compare. Its listed drop chance depends heavily on the source: 0.1% from Freezing Pirate, 1% from Captain Blackbeard, Booty Protector, and Booty Mariner, and 5% from Cookie the Cook and Second Mate.
It is also listed as a reward from three quests, giving it another acquisition route beyond enemy drops.
