The Crimson Pike is a Diamond Spear in the Vampire King’s class loot from The Vampire Manor. The story is a nasty bit of irony: a hunter’s weapon ends up serving the very darkness it was supposed to fight.
“A blood-stained spear once wielded by vampire hunters. Now it serves a darker purpose against the living.”

Vampire King is the dungeon boss, and his King class loot is active in the sixth and final phase. Each player receives exactly one item from the King class table, selected for their class; the entry percentage is not a promise that every player gets this particular item.
That makes the important farming question which class-selected reward you receive, not how many items in the table can stack on a single kill. Finishing the fight is the gate to this reward pool, and the same named item belongs to it on all three difficulties.
Class Loot
Crimson Pike is class loot. It has no fixed stats: its enchantments are rolled every time it drops, so no two copies are exactly alike, and harder difficulties allow higher enchantment levels. When a mob drops class loot, each player who wins the drop roll gets one item from that mob’s class loot pool, weighted toward their class.
Dropped as class loot by:
- Vampire King (boss): 100% chance per player who dealt at least 10% of the mob’s health
Possible Enchantments
The levels below are the most each enchantment can roll. Each drop receives about half of the listed levels at random, so most copies land below these maximums. The chance shows how often an enchantment appears at all.
| Difficulty | Possible Enchantments |
|---|---|
| Normal | Sharpness up to IV (always) Unbreaking up to III (80%) Fire Aspect up to I (20%) Mending up to I (10%) |
| Hard | Sharpness up to VI (always) Unbreaking up to IV (80%) Fire Aspect up to II (30%) Mending up to I (15%) Critical Strikes up to III (10%) |
| Mythic | Sharpness up to VIII (always) Unbreaking up to V (80%) Fire Aspect up to II (30%) Mending up to I (15%) Critical Strikes up to III (5%) |
Difficulty and Farming
The Vampire Manor runs on Normal (level sync +5), Hard (level sync +0), and Mythic (level sync -5). The item keeps its name and material in each mode, but harder difficulties allow higher enchantment levels for class loot.
Vampire King starts as an Evoker and shifts into Iron Golem phases as the encounter unfolds. He takes no damage from player projectiles throughout his phases, so do not plan a ranged-only route to the class reward.
Late in the fight, the King adds a claw spin that damages and pushes players and a gaze attack that blinds and pushes them. The gaze also punishes players close to him with Poison II, while the final phase adds lightning attacks; keeping track of attack cues matters more than rushing the last stretch.
What Makes It Different
The hunter origin is lore, not a stated bonus against vampires or players. Think of Crimson Pike as a Diamond Spear class reward whose practical strength depends on the enchantment result you receive.
There is another practical distinction between this reward and the King’s fixed-chance unique items. His Nightshade Bow and Gothic Reaper have listed 15% chances in their available difficulties, while this item lives in the separate class-based choice pool.
Is It Worth It?
Crimson Pike is worth pursuing if Diamond Spear is your preferred weapon type from the King’s class rewards. On Mythic, you are farming for the best enchantment potential rather than a different named or upgraded material version.
Normal and Hard can still award the same named item. If your priority is a better potential enchantment roll rather than simply adding the name to your collection, Mythic is the difficulty to farm.
Is It Worth It
Its main enchantment is Sharpness, which can reach IV on Normal, VI on Hard and VIII on Mythic when it drops from a boss. If you want this piece at its strongest, Mythic is the run to farm. Since every copy is rolled, two drops from the same difficulty can still differ, so check each one against what you are already using.
