Skull Crusher is a Mace dropped by Dullahan in The Hallosseum. It is part of the boss’s named Phase 2 loot and carries Sharpness VI, Knockback III, Smite IV, Wither II, and Slowness I.
Its lore reads: “One swing is all it takes to shatter bone.” Subtle naming was apparently not on the crafting list that day, and the stat line follows the same philosophy.
Skull Crusher drops on Normal, Hard, and Mythic with the same listed 50% chance and the same stats. It is soulbound.

Stats by Difficulty
Skull Crusher has one stat line across the full Hallosseum difficulty range. Normal, Hard, and Mythic all list Sharpness VI, Knockback III, Smite IV, Wither II, Slowness I, and the same 50% drop chance.
| Difficulty | Enchantments | Effects | Drop Chance |
|---|---|---|---|
| Normal, Hard, Mythic | Sharpness VI; Knockback III; Smite IV | Wither II on target when you hit; Slowness I on target when you hit | 50% |
Sharpness VI is the first thing that separates Skull Crusher from Dullahan’s other named weapons. Axe of Beheadings, Reaper’s Scythe, and Headless Blade list Sharpness V, while Haunted Spear lists Sharpness IV.
The mace also carries Knockback III, matching Axe of Beheadings. Smite IV is one level below the Smite V on Axe of Beheadings and Headless Blade, and matches the Smite IV on Reaper’s Scythe.
Its on-hit effects are Wither II and Slowness I. Reaper’s Scythe also carries Wither II, but pairs it with Blindness I rather than Slowness.
Axe of Beheadings is the closest comparison if Knockback III matters to your choice. The axe lists Sharpness V, Smite V, Sweeping Edge I, Wither I, and Weakness I; Skull Crusher instead lists Sharpness VI, Smite IV, Wither II, and Slowness I.
Headless Blade has the same number of listed enchantments as Skull Crusher, but almost no overlap beyond being a Dullahan weapon. Headless Blade uses Sharpness V, Fire Aspect II, Smite V, Weakness II, and Nausea I, so the mace’s identity is much more centered on Sharpness VI, Knockback III, and Wither II.
Where to Get It
Skull Crusher drops from Dullahan in The Hallosseum. The named unique loot belongs to the second phase of the fight, which begins after the first phase reaches 50% health.
The item has one shared drop-table row for Normal, Hard, and Mythic. Its listed chance remains 50% across all three difficulties.
| Dropped By | Chance | Difficulty | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dullahan | 50% | Normal, Hard, Mythic | Soulbound: Yes |
There is no separate higher-stat Mythic Skull Crusher. The listed Sharpness VI, Knockback III, Smite IV, Wither II, and Slowness I package is already the same on every difficulty.
The dungeon’s level sync does still change: Normal is +5, Hard is +0, and Mythic is -5. That changes the run itself without changing the listed item version.
Is It Worth It?
Skull Crusher has one of the most immediately impressive stat lines in Dullahan’s named weapon pool because Sharpness VI is the highest listed Sharpness value among those drops. It also keeps Knockback III and Wither II, so the item is not relying on that one enchantment level alone.
Compared with Axe of Beheadings, it raises Sharpness from V to VI and Wither from I to II, but lowers Smite from V to IV and drops Sweeping Edge I and Weakness I in favor of Slowness I. Compared with Reaper’s Scythe, it keeps Wither II and Smite IV but replaces Sweeping Edge II and Blindness I with Sharpness VI, Knockback III, and Slowness I.
It is soulbound and does not gain extra listed stats from Hard or Mythic. If Skull Crusher is the reward you want, the reason to chase it is the existing Sharpness VI plus Wither II package, not a hidden higher-difficulty version.
