Workshop Elf is a regular crew mob in [Dynamic] The North Pole. It uses a Zombie as its base mob, has a custom disguise, a 1× health multiplier, and a 0.8× damage multiplier.
Regular does not mean harmless here. The elf ignores player projectiles, freezes you on hit, and fires a slow plasma shot every 4 seconds while it is in combat.

Difficulty Scaling
Workshop Elf uses a dynamic level, so its level scales with the dungeon. The report lists Normal with level sync +5, Hard with +0, and Mythic with -5.
Every listed power is active on all three difficulties. There are no Hard-only or Mythic-only powers in this report.
Powers and Abilities

How to Beat It
Do not lean on arrows or tridents because player projectiles deal no damage to Workshop Elf. Fire, knockback, and fall damage are also blocked, so direct damage is the part of your toolkit this report actually leaves open.
The plasma shot is slow, lasts up to 3 seconds, and stops when it hits a block. Keep moving and use solid terrain between you and the shot when the dungeon layout gives you the option, then avoid letting the elf land a hit and trigger its 3-second freeze effect.
