Crypt Keeper is a miniboss in [Dynamic] The Dark Spire. It uses a Skeleton base mob, fights with a Bow, and wears a mixed set of Gold, Chain, and Netherite armor.
The dangerous part is not the fashion crime. Crypt Keeper combines projectile immunity with weakness, wither, regular arrow volleys, and Bullet Hell, so the fight can fill the air with problems faster than you can pretend the first arrow was a fluke.

- Attack Weakness: A hit gives the player Weakness I for 3 seconds. Active on all difficulties.

How to Beat It
Do not waste time trying to chip Crypt Keeper down with player projectiles because they are ignored, and knockback cannot interrupt its position. Weakness and Wither both come from hits, so avoiding contact matters even before Bullet Hell starts.
Bullet Hell is the move to respect most: it can fire homing arrows every 0.5 seconds for 10 seconds while the boss is lifted above its starting point. Keep moving through the barrage rather than treating one dodge as the end of it.
