Hellraiser is a miniboss in [Dynamic] The Dark Spire. It uses an Evoker base mob and carries an Ender Eye in both hands.
The fight mixes levitation, nausea, delayed lightning, three different immunities, and summoned reinforcements. In other words, the floor, the sky, and your usual ranged backup plan all become questionable life choices at once.

False Hellraiser uses an Evoker base mob with a 0.01× health multiplier and 0.6× damage multiplier. It can apply nausea and levitation, ignores projectile damage, has permanent Fire Resistance, cannot be knocked back, and can summon False Hellspawn.
False Hellspawn uses a Blaze base mob with a 0.25× health multiplier and 0.6× damage multiplier. It uses the same regular multi-target arrow and explosive fireball powers as Hellspawn.

How to Beat It
Projectile damage does nothing, fire is shut down by permanent Fire Resistance, and knockback cannot move Hellraiser. The reliable warning you do get is Attack Lightning: when the crit particles mark your position, get off that spot before the 3-second delay ends.
Levitation and nausea can wreck your movement at the exact moment the summoned mobs start adding arrows and fireballs. Keep moving, especially once False Hellraiser joins the fight, because one miniboss turning into a small committee is exactly the sort of thing The Dark Spire enjoys.
