Miasma Totem is a miniboss in The Vampire Manor with a Drowned base mob and an Enderman disguise. It is less about raw direct damage and more about being an enemy you have to deal with while moving through its area.
Its 3× health multiplier is paired with a very small 0.01× damage multiplier. A Miasma Zone script forms part of its behavior, while permanent protections make several easy removal methods ineffective.
On Mythic, the Totem adds a blinding effect when it hits. That one extra condition makes being careless near it a lot less appealing.

Difficulty Scaling
The Vampire Manor uses three level-sync settings: Normal is level sync +5, Hard is +0, and Mythic is -5. Dynamic-level enemies scale with the dungeon; the listed health and damage multipliers remain part of their individual profiles.
The Totem keeps its projectile, knockback, and fire protections on all three difficulties. Mythic adds Attack Blinding, which applies Blindness I for 3 seconds when the Totem lands a hit.
Powers and Abilities
- Miasma Zone: The Totem uses a Miasma Zone script as part of its behavior.
- Attack Blinding: Mythic only. A successful hit inflicts Blindness I for 3 seconds.
- Projectile Immunity: All difficulties. Player projectiles, including arrows and tridents, deal no damage to the Totem.
- Knockback Immunity: All difficulties. The Totem cannot be knocked back.
- Fire Resistance: All difficulties. The Totem has permanent Fire Resistance.
How to Beat It
The 0.01× damage multiplier can make the Totem look harmless, but that is not a reason to waste attacks. Its 3× health multiplier means it can take some work to put down, and arrows, tridents, fire, and knockback will not solve the problem.
Use attacks that can actually hurt it, and avoid relying on a shove to get it out of your way. On Mythic, a direct hit can blind you for three seconds, so treat getting clipped as more than a small health trade.
