Lesser Vampire is a regular enemy in The Vampire Manor, built on a Vindicator base mob with a custom disguise. Its 1.4× health multiplier gives it extra staying power even though its damage multiplier is 0.8×.
It resists several easy answers: player projectiles do no damage, knockback cannot push it away, and fire is ineffective. On Mythic, it also gains Taze, making every successful hit more disruptive.
Lesser Vampire counts toward More Survivors? and String Seeker! kill objectives. It is one of those enemies you have to learn to handle rather than trying to skip every time you meet one.

Difficulty Scaling
The Vampire Manor has three difficulty settings: Normal uses level sync +5, Hard uses level sync +0, and Mythic uses level sync -5. As a dynamic-level mob, Lesser Vampire scales with the dungeon rather than having one fixed level.
Projectile Immunity, Knockback Immunity, and Fire Resistance apply throughout the dungeon. Taze appears only on Mythic, which is the difficulty where getting hit can also cause the repeated Slowness jolts.
Powers and Abilities
- Projectile Immunity: Player-fired projectiles, including arrows and tridents, cannot damage this mob. You need an attack that is not a player projectile. Active on all difficulties.
- Knockback Immunity: Cannot be knocked backward. Hitting it repeatedly will not create breathing room by knockback. Active on all difficulties.
- Fire Resistance: Permanent Fire Resistance. Fire is not the answer to this fight. Active on all difficulties.
- Taze: On a hit, the target sees a “Tazed!” title and takes three jolts spaced 0.25 seconds apart. Each jolt applies Slowness VI for 1.5 seconds; the ability has a 3-second cooldown and a 1-second global cooldown. Active on mythic only.

How to Beat It
Do not waste arrows or tridents on the Lesser Vampire. Its Projectile Immunity blocks damage from player-fired projectiles, so you must use an attack outside that category.
Knockback Immunity means you cannot count on pushing it out of melee range, and its permanent Fire Resistance rules out fire as a useful shortcut. Plan to fight it while managing the distance yourself.
Mythic adds Taze, which delivers three jolts that each cause Slowness VI for 1.5 seconds. Avoid taking hits when possible, because getting slowed makes spacing even harder against a mob you cannot knock back.
