Vampire Summoner guards The Vampire Manor as an Evoker-based crew enemy. Compared with the regular Vampire Necromancer, this variant hits harder and has more health, but it still leans on homing arrows and summoned Vampire’s Thrall to keep players busy.
It is a bad enemy to try to kite with a bow. Player projectiles will not hurt it, and its tracking arrows can pressure anyone who stays in range.

Difficulty Scaling
| Difficulty | Level Sync |
|---|---|
| Normal | +5 |
| Hard | +0 |
| Mythic | -5 |
The level scales with the dungeon. Normal syncs five levels above the player, Hard has no level offset, and Mythic syncs five levels below the player. The listed power restrictions still apply at each setting.
Attack Gravity is a Mythic-only addition here. Normal and Hard both retain the core arrow, immunity, and summoning abilities.
Powers and Abilities
- Tracking Arrow (all difficulties): Once it has a target, fires a homing arrow at every player within 20 blocks every 3 seconds. The arrows can continue homing for up to 60 seconds.
- Projectile Immunity (all difficulties): Takes no damage from player-fired arrows, tridents, and similar projectiles.
- Knockback Immunity (all difficulties): Cannot be knocked back.
- Fire Resistance (all difficulties): Permanent Fire Resistance.
- Vampire Thrall Summon (all difficulties): Calls Vampire’s Thrall reinforcements.
- Attack Gravity (Mythic): A successful hit causes Levitation I for 5 seconds.
Summoned Reinforcements
Vampire’s Thrall is a Cave Spider with a 0.25× health multiplier and a 0.3× damage multiplier. It has a follow distance of 10, so the summoner brings a close-range threat alongside its homing arrows.
A hit from the thrall applies Poison I for 3 seconds and also pushes the target away. The thrall is immune to player projectiles and knockback, and it has permanent Fire Resistance. Do not assume a bow or fire can clean up the spiders while you deal with the Evoker.

How to Beat It
Plan for a close fight rather than an archery duel. Tracking arrows fire every 3 seconds at players within 20 blocks once the Summoner has a target, while your arrows and tridents do no damage to it. Its knockback immunity also means you cannot rely on sending it away when the thralls arrive.
Watch the spiders separately from the Summoner. They apply Poison I and shove players on hit, which can disrupt your positioning while the Evoker keeps shooting. On Mythic, Levitation I from Attack Gravity adds another way to lose control of the fight.
The 1.5× health and 1.2× damage multipliers make this a tougher encounter than the 1×/1× regular Vampire Necromancer. Treat it as the same kind of fight, but give yourself more room to work.
