Drunken Lout is a regular dungeon mob in The Pirate Ship. It is a Vindicator holding a Flower Pot, with a 0.85× health multiplier and a 0.85× damage multiplier.
Do not let the Flower Pot fool you. Its hits apply Nausea and Weakness while also launching players away, and Hard or Mythic can add shield walls to the mess.

This mob uses the dungeon’s dynamic level scaling. Normal uses level sync +5, Hard uses level sync 0, and Mythic uses level sync -5.
Attack Confusing, Attack Push, and Attack Weakness are active on all difficulties. Shield Wall is added on Hard and Mythic. The report also lists Attack Push again for Mythic, but does not describe a separate Mythic version.

How to Beat It
Every hit can combine displacement with Weakness I, and Nausea I lasts 10 seconds, so avoiding repeated melee hits keeps several problems from stacking at once. On Hard and Mythic, Shield Wall can absorb your damage until you break through it.
The report lists Attack Push on all difficulties and again on Mythic, but does not define a different Mythic behavior. There is nothing extra to invent there.
